Showcase Event For Church And Youth Leaders

On Monday 21st May at 7.30PM, Maxwell Mearns Castle Church (Waterfoot Road, Newton Mearns, Glasgow) are hosting a visit of two talented entertainers and they want to invite you along. Garry Brotherston, a former lifer turned Christian musician, will be sharing his powerful testimony as well as singing some songs from his upcoming album.

If you are thinking, "Yeah, another hard luck story with amateur sounds"., think again. We are talking powerful, challenging testimony, with a voice that's professionally trained and an upcoming album that is likely to make the charts. His songs are relevant, spiritual, searching and soul-filled. Don't think church halls – think Carnegie Hall! Catch him while you can!

Secondly, Andy Kind, an award winning comedian from Newcastle-under-Lyme, will be performing a set as well. Yes, Christian AND funny, Andy is extremely talented and busy in both mainstream and the Christian circuit. With a real passion to relate to folks through humour, (and show we Christians aren't dull), Andy might be the person who could draw some new folks into your meeting or inspire your present flock. Come along and if you see something that would work for your youth group - look at your diaries and book them - if not, enjoy the night anyway.
